At Graham Feed, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in providing quality products and want every purchase to meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our refund and return guidelines below.
In-Store Purchases
Products purchased in-store may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt. Items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.

Products must be unopened and in original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or defective product.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after we receive your return.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be made for the same product or a product of equal value. If the replacement item costs more, the difference will need to be paid at the time of exchange.
